Do you require minimum rentals?
Yes. Friday PM & Saturday PM is 5 hour minimum. All other days/time is 3 hour minimum. Any trip over 20 minutes of the booked time will result in being charged an additional hour.
Is there a required deposit when booking a bus?
Yes. $250 is due at time of booking and is non-refundable.
How does the booking deposit work?
$250 will be due at the time of booking. After the event and if the bus is not damaged, the $250 will be returned.
Is there a fuel charge?
With the uncertainty of fuel prices, a fuel surcharge may be required in addition to the original quote. When the Minnesota Average diesel price on the date of your event is over $4.50/gallon, a $50 fuel surcharge will be added. Every dollar increase above the $4.50/gallon will include an additional $50 charge. For example, Average price of diesel on the day of your event is $5.25/gallon, only a $50 surcharge may be added. At $5.65/gallon the surcharge would be $100 for the event.
Do rates include a gratuity for the driver?
No. Our rates include all fees, but not gratuity. A 15-20% tip is recommended.
How many stops can be made?
When you book a multi-hour service, you can make as many stops as you'd like.
